The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Index and the Barclays U.S. Aggregate Bond Index. Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund was formed on July 31, 2007 and is domiciled in the United States.
